Yoga for Readathons!

Whether you’ve been reading all day long and need a pick-me-up, or if you just need a little push to finish up your reading goal for the day, these short yoga and meditation practices are sure to help you out!

If you’re sixteen hours into a readathon (like me!), it might be time to get up and move! Or perhaps you’re about to call it a night and want to wind down after your novel adventures. Either way, I’ve got you covered. These videos will perk you up to keep on keepin’ on, or help you relax and get into bedtime mode. Choose your own adventure!

    Actually just finished some flow yoga right before you posted this and it woke me right up! Good to get the heart pumping.
