Yoga for Readathons!

Whether you’ve been reading all day long and need a pick-me-up, or if you just need a little push to finish up your reading goal for the day, these short yoga and meditation practices are sure to help you out!

If you’re sixteen hours into a readathon (like me!), it might be time to get up and move! Or perhaps you’re about to call it a night and want to wind down after your novel adventures. Either way, I’ve got you covered. These videos will perk you up to keep on keepin’ on, or help you relax and get into bedtime mode. Choose your own adventure!

Yoga to get the energy flowing:

Office Break Yoga (14 mins)
Yoga for Focus and Productivity (9 mins)
Sunrise Yoga (15 mins)
Wake Up Yoga (11 mins)
Full Body Flow (19 mins)
Yoga Joy (19 mins)

Yoga and meditation to rejuvenate the mind and body:

Yoga for Neck, Shoulders, and Upper Back (10 mins)
Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Relief (17 mins)
Meditation for Learning (13 mins)
Yoga for Healthy Posture (14 mins)
Yoga for Brain Power (11 mins)
7 Minute Yoga Boost (7 mins)

Yoga and meditation to relax and restore:

Yoga for Bedtime (19 mins)
Wind Down Yoga (12 mins)
Yoga to Calm Your Nerves (24 mins)
7 Minute Bedtime Yoga (7 mins)
Meditation for Mental Balance and Grounding (17 mins)
Gentle, Relaxing, Cozy Flow (21 mins)

You don’t need to consider yourself a yogi to reap the benefits of any of these practices. In fact, you don’t even need a yoga mat! Just find a space where you can safely move (or a quiet, comfy place to sit) and take a few moments for yourself. I promise you’ll feel better afterward.

Let me know which video you chose and how you felt afterward!

Sharing is caring!

Actually just finished some flow yoga right before you posted this and it woke me right up! Good to get the heart pumping.
