Sunday Post #38: Happy Valentine’s Day!

Posted February 14, 2021 by Angie in Sunday Post / 6 Comments

It’s Valentine’s Day! I haven’t seen my boyfriend for a full year almost! Stupid pandemic.

In happier news, I did get my second sale in my Etsy shop! I know it’s not much, but you gotta start somewhere. It’s mostly digital stickers and printable book bingo cards right now, but I’m working on some bigger products. Those will come later since they take more time, but the bingo and stickers are pretty quick.

I read a lot this week. Still obsessed with Ruby Dixon, if you were wondering.

I also watched a handful of great movies: Ever After (my favorite version of Cinderella), P.S. I Still Love You (adorable), The Princess Bride (always a good time) Always and Forever (cute), and Cinderella (with Brandy, I hadn’t seen this in years!).

My KU trial ended on Wednesday, but I made sure to stock up! Now to just keep my Kindle offline until I get through these. Ruby Dixon’s Icehome series will be devoured on my next trial.

Sharing is caring!

  1. Bummer about your boyfriend – does he live far? or are y’all’s situations such that it wouldn’t be safe to see each other?

Congrats on the second sale on your Etsy shop! One sale at a time, right?

LOL about your KU trial. I don’t think I realized you could do that, but yay! I’m excited to read Ruby Dixon for my TBR List win this month. I’ve heard great things.

    Have a great week!

    • He lives like 2 hours away, which isn’t major. But he works around a lot of people and my mom has cancer, so I’d rather not accidentally pick something up from him and bring it home to her. I had already brought home the flu from my birthday trip to Disney World, so best to just stay home.

Oh yes! I’ve had many KU trials and always load up on the last day and just keep my Kindle in airplane mode. There’s actually some books that are still showing from a year ago that never got removed. *shrug*
