Sunday Post #119: I live Barbie!

Posted September 4, 2022 by Angie in Sunday Post / 8 Comments

Last week started with a full day of hair! I got my hair braided. It’s now pink and teal to channel my inner tropical Barbie! I also finally got to watch Lightyear and Chip’n Dale while sitting for so many hours. I adored both movies!

Anyone else watching House of the Dragon? I’m not really sure how I feel about it. It’s very different from GoT, which is fine, but it’s just not hooking me in the same way. Is it because it’s focused on just one family rather than several? Is it because I miss Jamie and Cersei?! (yes, for sure on that second one) I just don’t know. It gets one more episode to pull me in, which I’ll watch tomorrow since I work tonight.

I also binged Canada’s Drag Race all day on Thursday. I loved it! I wish seasons two and three were also available on the VH1 site. But I am very tempted to get a subscription to WOW+, because I want to watch all of the international versions!

I’m so excited to read this one! And I finally have two days off in a row this week, so I may spend one of them just reading!

  1. You hair looks amazing! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed Lightyear. That’s one I’ve been wanting to see but I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

Your hair looks wonderful! I would really like to add blue or purple to my hair but it goes against the dress code at work. Such a bummer. I am glad you enjoyed Lightyear and Chip’n Dale! I’ve only seen Chip’n Dale, but I liked it too. I hope you enjoy your time off, have a great week and enjoy your reading!

  3. I love the hair! I don’t think I could sit still for that many hours. I’m watching House of the Dragon! I like it, but I don’t love it as much at GOT. I thought it was because I hated the final season of GOT and am nervous to love another show.
