I started the week with some light Spring Cleaning. I just put things back where they belonged, removed things that didn’t belong at all, sprayed out my keyboard, dusting, that kinda thing. I also did some clothes mending. The weather was finally clearing up outside, so why not clear up the inside as well?! It was still windy, but on and off rather than continuous like it had been.
For games, I rotated between Kirby and the Forgotten Land and Boswer’s Fury. I’ve technically beat both of these games, but there’s plenty of post-game content left that I want to play. I just can’t get enough of Kirby; that game is a masterpiece! And I just never got around to playing the post game in Bowser’s Fury, and last week I was in the mood to do so, and completed it! I ended with 90% in Kirby. Not bad!
As for new game purchases, I grabbed Spirit Roots, Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, Tales of Vesperia, and The Atelier Mysterious Trilogy. I’m now out of Nintendo eShop credit, but I have hundreds of hours of games to play! I’m especially excited for everything I got last week, so I shouldn’t need (or want) to buy any more gift cards for awhile. But, as soon as I was about to load up Atelier Sophie, Dragon Quest Builders 2 became available as the one-week trial! Obviously, I had to start that instead! And it took over my life! This game is huge, and I don’t think I’ll finish in the next couple of days, so I am definitely buying it next time it’s on sale.
I finally got around to watching Moonshot on HBOmax. It was super cute! Then I celebrated 4/20 with Pineapple Express, which I hadn’t seen since it was in theaters 84 years ago. And then there was the grand finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race!
I did really reach much at all last week, since I was addicted to DQB2, but that’s okay. This weekend is Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon, so I’ll be reading a ton then!

From the Library:
I was suppose to have a bunch of holds to pick up, since I’m stocking up for the 24 Hour Readathon this weekend, but some were missing. My library had been closed for part of the week because of construction, so they took the holds to the next town over, and I guess they all didn’t make it back. Hopefully, they’ll arrive sometime this week so I’m prepared for Saturday!
