March 2021 in Review

Posted April 1, 2021 by Angie in Monthly Recap / 0 Comments

Last month I read 36 books, which continues my downward trend after the insane amount I read in January. But my total pages wasn’t too far off, since I did read longer books rather than the novellas I had been focusing on earlier this year thanks to KU. My second trial of the year is almost over but I’ve been reading mostly library books since mine partnered up with a neighboring county on Overdrive and I suddenly had access to all of the new releases that I wanted!

March was busy for me! I’ve spent the past couple of weeks working through a pretty intensive course which will hopefully conclude in a new career opportunity for me. I’m nowhere near completion yet, but it’s going well. During that I also received a proofreading contract, which was such a relief! I’ll be making a small but steady income in the meantime.

I also watched 32 movies! Most of which were for the A to Z Challenge so you can find those posts up on my movie blog this month.

And finally, my parents got their vaccines, so that’s good. I cannot wait to get mine!

And that’s it for March! Five five-star reads in one month is unheard of for me! It was a great reading month. Hopefully that carries over into April!
